It is in a calm environment that this house welcomes you in the Corbières of the South, those which shelter on their sides of the vines at the origin of wines of famous AOC. These hilly landscapes, picturesque theater of the Cathar castles, are an environment of exceptional walks for hikers. The migratory birds that have taken up residence on the ponds of Sigean will delight the curious. Lazing by the seaside is also part of it with the immediate proximity of the wide white sand beaches of Gruissan and Port la Nouvelle. The small, more confidential resorts of La Palme and La Franqui will welcome lovers of authenticity.
Culture is also very present with the proximity of Narbonne, the first Gallo-Roman villa outside Italy, the medieval city of Carcassonne, the Romanesque abbeys of Fontfroide and Lagrasse...and so many other historical curiosities.

Upstairs, 1 queensize bedroom with and its large private bathroom with bath, shower and WC, 1 queensize bedroom with its private shower room and WC and 1 twin bedroom with its private shower room and toilet.
