La Provence takes its full force to make it through the picturesque villages of Gordes, Roussillon ... are only a few minutes from the house. The property is located only at about 20 kilometers from Saint Remy de Provence, Apt and Avignon. The owners lived in the other semi attached house.
It is situated in a quiet dead end and is comfortably equipped for 6 persons in a large garden of 3000 m². It enjoys superb views over the Luberon and a large secured swimming pool to share sometimes with the owner.
The house of 90 m² has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room. It is embellished with a large covered terrace opening directly onto the pool secure.
At ground floor: lounge, kitchen / dining room, 1 bathroom with WC, 1 separate toilet, 1 double bedroom. 1st floor, 1 kingsize bedroom opening onto a large terrace, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom.
