Surrounded by vineyards and close to the Gallo Roman Museum well known for its mosaics from 4th and 5t centuries, the 95 m² house is converted for 3 to 4 people. Nice and pleasant 2 000 m² enclosed flowery garden, planted of trees and with a large 60 m² terrace with half part covered. On the ground floor, a 65 m² room to live with an US fitted kitchen, a dining and living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a shower room with toilet and a large cupboard.
