Nice and spacious mansion in the charming village of Bizanet situated between Narbonne and Lézignan and near by the roman Abbey of Fontfroide. Here starts the corbières area famous for its sceneries, wines and cathar castles. The village is the ideal touring base because you are in the vicinity of the sandy beaches of seaside resort of Gruissan, near the town of Narbonne (first roman settlement outside of Italy) and the famous citadel of Carcassonne classified at UNESCO World Heritage. You are very close as well from natural sites like the Canal du Midi, the Clape massif (between Narbonne and Gruissan and well-known by hikers and bikers) and the Bages lakes with its migratory birds.
The center of the village and shops are at 200 m.
The independant house of 240 m² is comfortably fitted for 8 people with a lot of charm : chimneys, ceiling mouldings, 3,5 m high ceiling and spacious rooms. There are all assets for this tastefully decorated mansion with a large garden of 1000 m².
Ground floor : entrance, living, dining room, kitchen and separated toilet. 1st floor : 1 double bedroom with private shower room, 1 twin bedroom, 1 other twin bedroom with a washbasin, 1 double bedroom with private shower room and toilet, 1 separated toilet with wahbasin.
A part of the garden is with lawn, a pergola, a large patio with tap and indoor barbecue area with an other tap.
